The HQC Nomination and Selection Committee cannot undertake return documents or supplementary material submitted with an entry.
Names of applicants, commentary and scoring information developed during the review of applicants are regarded as proprietary by The HQC Nomination and Selection Committee and are kept strictly confidential. Such information is available only to those individuals directly involved in the assessment and administrative process.
Withdrawal from the award on your own accord after submission is in breach of the terms of nomination. The authentication and any related processing fees will not be refunded.
Once the company is announced as a winner, winner cannot withdraw from the competition.
Public and Media Exposures will be given to winners at the selected media and event platform in conjunction with the event “RESONEX SOLUTION EXPO 2023”.
The decision of The HQC Nomination and Selection Committee are final and there will be anonymity of those not listed.
The HQC Nomination and Selection Committee may revoke an award in the event that any of the above conditions for this nomination is breached.
The HQC Nomination and Selection Committee reserves the rights to amend any of the above mentioned rules and regulations as and whenever deem necessary.
NOMINATION ELIGIBILITY
A valid business licence from the respective authority are required for the nomination.
Two years of legal existence, no past infractions, and no negative records with other government agencies are required for a company organisation to be eligible for the nomination.
No losses in the last two years, and yearly output value has risen over the past two consecutive years.
With an original development strategy and a sense of brand building, the company has shown exceptional success in a variety of areas, such as brand formation, operation and management, restructuring, and Research and Development.
The ability to conduct a robust production while adhering to respective countries’ laws and policies is an absolute need.
No reported of incidents of product-related accidents or dangers, indicating that the product has long-term stability and meets all of the standards, rules, and regulations set forth by the respective authorities. The product also fulfils quality control criteria.
Recognized third-party certifications, such as Halal Certification, ISO certification to include Certification of Management Systems, Product Quality Certification are required for respective nomination categories.
The company’s brand is well-known and has a good reputation among customers. Coverage by prime media agency.
Application must be supported by genuine documentation in order to avoid a possible revocation of the nomination if it cannot be shown otherwise.
